Agentic AI in industry and services
AI agents are the buzzword of the moment—but what really works, and where are the pitfalls? While some are still experimenting, others are already scaling up. Many companies lack a realistic view of what the path from the first pilot to full-scale operation actually looks like: What conditions must be met? What KPIs are needed from the start? And where is it actually worth using agents—and where is it not (yet)?
This evening, we’ll join forces with experts from academia and industry to explore Agentic AI across its entire maturity spectrum—from ideation to scaling. Our speakers will openly share what has worked for them, what hasn’t, and which success factors have emerged. The goal is for all participants to go home with concrete insights and a realistic assessment of where their own companies stand.
Whether in industry or the service sector, whether in production, sales and marketing, engineering, or standardization—these examples illustrate the wide range of applications where Agentic AI is being put to good use today.
Later in the evening, Dr. Severin Kacianka, Head of the Code, Co-Creation & Engineering Competence Area at fortiss, will provide insights into the topic “Evaluating LLMs and Agentic Systems,” focusing in particular on evaluation approaches and practical challenges.
