IHK Future Conference 2026: Transformation of the world of work
The world of work is undergoing profound change: on the one hand, AI and digitalization are giving rise to entirely new business models, while on the other hand, the way we work, lead, and collaborate is also changing fundamentally.
The IHK Future Conference 2026 shows in a practical way how transformation through AI can succeed. It's also about trying things out for yourself and getting started. For example, in a moderated session, you can apply prompting principles to your everyday work and improve your AI skills in a targeted manner.
In the afternoon, you can further deepen your knowledge in a “deep dive.” Choose the topic that interests you most from three presentations, including a session by Dr. Wolfgang Köhler and Dr. Julian Wörmann from the fortiss state research institute, who will show how companies can use AI in a practical and profitable way by cooperating with research.
In addition, you will learn about innovative solutions for HR work in pitches by young HR companies and can also find out about new HR and AI trends at a small trade fair during the breaks.
