At a time when cross-company software systems and platform-based information architectures dominate, it is crucial to put company processes and the value creation model back at the center. However, so-called data silos, which denote an isolated collection of data that is not shared with other data systems or departments, often stand in the way of this.
In this training course, fortiss scientist Yannick Landeck guides participants through a concrete method of data-supported process engineering. In practical exercises, you will learn how to break down data silos and ensure a structured flood of information. Participants are actively involved in the application of the method and gain valuable insights into its practical implementation.
