Practical workshop - AI Agents
The transformations in the world of work driven by AI are in full swing. With new AI agents, increasingly complex decisions can be delegated from humans to machines. Their potential applications go far beyond previous AI implementations and raise numerous questions regarding their meaningful use. As AI is integrated into organizations, the way employees work and collaborate changes significantly. Companies need to provide targeted support to enable productive, purposeful, and human-centered work with AI. Additionally, there are various legal considerations to address when integrating AI into everyday work, with the AI Act establishing key ethical guidelines.
This event is part of the three-part online series “Practical Workshop: Successfully Implementing AI”, which offers valuable insights into the top topics AI Agents, AI Culture, and AI Act. It is aimed at professionals and executives from business, public administration, and academia who seek to shape or advance the use of artificial intelligence within their organizations. The series provides practical examples of how companies implement AI, guidance on relevant legal frameworks, and opportunities for participants to exchange experiences. More information can be found on the Bayern Innovativ website.
The series kicks off on November 13, 2025, focusing on the topic of AI Agents. Representatives from companies will present how they leverage advanced AI solutions and share the experiences they have gained. A keynote by Dian Balta, Head of Platform Engineering at Fortiss GmbH, titled “Agentic AI: The Good, the Bad and the Ugly”, will explore the opportunities and challenges of agentic AI.
