Best Practices for Software Engineering

In this workshop, current developments and best practices in the field of software engineering will be presented. Software expert Dr. Johannes Kroß will show the effects that organizational processes/procedures and corporate culture can have on software development. Participants learn how simple methods can make software activities more manageable in order to reduce maintenance costs and increase software quality in the medium term.
