fortiss wants to make the topic of artificial intelligence (AI) tangible for companies in this field and has developed the AI tutorial Predictive Maintenance as part of the Mittelstand-Digital Zentrum Augsburg.

Preventing a technical failure with AI – this tutorial demonstrates the applications of learning algorithms for predictive maintenance. The sensor values of a turbine are used as a data set, which runs until a failure occurs. AI methods are used to assess whether the engine is currently in a potentially critical state.

It is helpful if you have already come into contact with the Python programming language, but it is not essential. Otherwise, technical computer skills (e.g. installation of software) that go beyond pure Office knowledge are sufficient.
