Complex and safety-critical software, especially in areas such as autonomous driving, requires new methods for testing and certification.
For this reason, the Bavarian research institute fortiss has developed the open source framework Evidential Tool Bus (ETB2) for continuous safety assurance.
This framework has already been applied successfully in projects in various industries such as healthcare, defence and aviation. It supports the continuous creation of safety cases using safety evidence from various other tools or software entities.
We are currently looking for a small or medium-sized company that would like to participate as a project partner in the further development of our prototype.
You can contribute your use case and your V&V metrics and methods to a 12-18 month project and get the opportunity to apply our innovative framework, adapted to your specific requirements.
This project is ideal for companies in all industries performing analyses in the software environment of safety-critical systems: in testing or for criticality analysis, e.g. for autonomous systems and AI applications, or to validate tools you distribute yourself.
